From the Agent Portal homepage, click on “Not yet registered? Sign up here”

2.
Enter your personal information and confirm that you have read and accept the “Terms & Conditions,” then click “Next: Find My Office”

3.
Find your office on the list of verified brokerages and offices then hit “Select”
  • If you do not see your office on the list, at the bottom of the page, find “Click here to enter your office details and continue creating your account”
  • Manually enter your office details and hit “Submit”

4.
Find your agent account from the list of registered agents within your office and click “Create My Account”
  • If you are not on the list, find “Click here to enter your name and continue creating your account.”
  • Enter your first and last name then hit “Create My Account”

5.
To upload your photo, click on “My Account” from your homepage
  • Under “Personalize Your Portal Experience,” find “My Photo”
  • Select photo from your computer and hit “Open”

Step OneEnter Enrollments
1.
From your homepage, click on “Enroll a Home Warranty Service Agreement”, then choose “Enroll Seller Coverage” or “Enroll Buyer Coverage”

2.
Find the property address for the home that will be protected
  • Input the property information and verify the address

3.
Provide all property information, including details of the home (square footage and year built), contact information for all included parties (buyer, seller and respective agents) and closing date if applicable

4.
Choose either Supreme or Standard coverage and any additional options
  • REMEMBER, SUPREME PROVIDES THE BEST COVERAGE AND VALUE

Step OneMake Changes to an Enrollment
1.
To convert Seller coverage to Buyer coverage, choose the property you wish to convert from your homepage
  • At the top of the page, click “Convert To Closing”
  • You can also convert from your homepage by hovering over the gear icon on the property and selecting “Convert to Closing”

2.
To add optional coverage, click on “+View Available Optional Coverages,” then select “Add”

3.
To update homeowner information, click “Edit” where available
  • REMEMBER TO PROVIDE HOMEOWNER EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THE BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

4.
If you would like to “Resend Confirmation Email” or “Resend Escrow Demand” the buttons are located at the bottom of the page

Step OneAccessing, Personalizing & Ordering Marketing Materials
Accessing
Marketing Materials for Agents can be found under “My Marketing Tools”

From here, you can download materials by clicking the “Download” button for the item you would like

Personalize

1.
You are able to add your photo, logo and contact information to the monthly homeowner-facing newsletters and the Maintenance Manual.

To personalize, upload your photo and logo from the “My Account” tab Under “Personalize Your Portal Experience” click on “Browse For Image” for both your photo and logo

2.
Before downloading the newsletter, or the Maintenance Manual, be sure that “Personalize with my image and logo” is selected

Ordering

1.
At the bottom of the page, find “Order Service Agreement Brochures”

Select the product and quantity you want, then enter your shipping information

2.
Hit “Submit Brochure Order”

Step OneAdmin Tools
To setup Admin Tools on your account, please call Agent Services at 800.795.9595 for verification assistance.

Once administrator functionality has been enabled for your account, you can access by clicking on “Admin Tools” on the left-hand menu

Super User
Super User allows you to select an agent in your organization and perform any of Agent Portal’s functions on their behalf
  • Enroll Service Agreements
  • Change their password
  • View their Service Agreements
  • Download their marketing tools
Anything they can do, you can do!

1.
To access Super User, simply click on “Super User” on the Agent Portal Administrator Tools page

2.
Input the agent’s information for which you are acting as
  • You must have this information to properly enroll as a Super User
  • IMPORTANT! Do not enroll under yourself, or your company, if you are not the agent associated with the transaction

3.
A final notice will appear to confirm that you are entering Super User mode and acting as someone else
  • When ready, click “I Understand”

4.
To switch to another user, simply return to Super User through "Admin Tools" and input the new user's information, or click "Enroll as Another Agent" from the left-hand menu

Title Company/Settlement Users
If you are a title company or settlement service user:
  • You will be automatically directed to Super User mode upon login
  • If you are not in Super User mode, a warning will appear and advise you to enroll through Super User mode as the agent associated with the transaction
REMEMBER: Everything you do on Super User mode will be on that person’s behalf, so please use caution!

Client Dashboard
Client Dashboard is an easy-to-use searchable and filterable table containing your clients and details about their 2-10 HBW Service Agreement

1.
To access, click on “Client Dashboard” on the Agent Portal Administrator Tools page

2.
Search for a client’s name, address, contact number, etc. in the search bar at the top and matching results will auto-populate.

Super User Summary
Super User Summary allows you to find service agreements that you've enrolled for other individuals and quickly view a summary of your activity

1.
To access, click on “Super User Summary” on the Agent Portal Administrator Tools page

2.
Search for an agent’s name, address, contact number, etc. in the search bar at the top and matching results will auto-populate
